I'm sorry, but it seems so much easier in there, so please follow me there.

コロッケ (korokke)
Last night two of my Japanese friends vistited, and made me the Japanese dish korokke. It tasted really good, and I guess it's kind of healthy too.
本当においしかったよ!

The dish seemed to be very easy even though it took some time to cook. I was lucky, and they left 4 korokke here, yay! I know what I'll be having today! ;-)
Korokke is basically mashed potatoes, beef and onions rolled in egg and bread crumbs and in the end it's fried.

My trip to Japan on video
My boyfriend helped me with setting up the app Capture on my iPhone, so now I can make videos on my trip and upload them the same day. This is going to be exciting! Now you can see some of the exciting things, that I will experience too! :-D

Boyfriend builds in Minecraft
My boyfriend has a YouTube channel where he's put out some funny short videos and now he's also making and building different houses in Minecraft. He's becoming more and more famous on YouTube, and he's started making money on his videos.
I asked him to build a pagoda (a many-stored buddhist building, originally from China). They can also be found in Japan, and hopefully I'll see a lot of these in Kyoto and the rest of Japan.
Here's my boyfriend's video. I've never played Minecraft myself, but it looks difficult :-)
Nabiha + support on Train
Thursday night I went to a concert with Nabiha on Train in Aarhus. Is was so cool and she performed and sung very well! The band members were really skilled as well, and I really enjoyed the night in the front row :-D
The warm up band was Peaceful James from local heroes, a talented rapper.
I got a couple of pictures at the concert, and it is clearly to see that she loves standing on the stage giving the audience a good show.
I got to meet Nabiha again that night, so took another pictures with her - this time with my friend.

Meeting Nabiha
Today was a kind of a big day for me.
I was really happy when I was headed towards the main shopping street in Aarhus, because I had already had time to work on two Japanese assignments, and therefore my day only became better in the music- and electronic store Fona.
My big idol, the incredible African/Danish singer Nabiha came to sign posters in the store, because she just released her new album Mind the gap. I even got to talk to her, and she was very down to earth and happy. Now I'm really excited about going to her concert on thursday night at "Train".

Baking bread
Today I baked my first bread from scratch, which I'm kind of proud of. My friend Natsuka helped me, which I was very grateful for :-)Here's the recipe of Super nemt hverdagsbrød. The recipe is low fat and in Danish. Just saying.
This bread is also very very delicious, but not quite as big :-)
If you can't read this recipe, I suggest you just search for a recipe on google, because there are many easy and good recipes out there. Bread is very simple to bake and you won't need much more than flour, salt, honey/sugar, yeast, oil, and water (but you can add more things).
This one is with wholemeal flour, so it's kind of healthy. :-)
