Today has been a very effective day -
I joined the gym, went all over town to shop for dinner and other things, and now we're making delicious "pizza snails" and raspberry/orange smoothies. Yum, it tastes amazing AND it's healthy! ;-) I recieved a blender for Christmas by my lovely family in law, and it's my plan to make smoothies with it every day if I can afford it. I want to eat healthier, and I need vitamins from fruit and vegetables - so this is the perfect way for me - delicious and easy-to-make smoothies!
Our plan for dinner is to make delicious sandwiches a la "Sunset-style". We try to make sandwiches with chicken and bacon (I know this one isn't so healthy) the way the restaurant Sunset Boulevard makes their sandwiches, and normally we succeed :-)

The smoothie is just raspberry, low-fat and natural yoghurt and orange juice.
