Off to the gym!

I'm glad that I signed in at the gym, because I can already see a change.. I've already lost 2 kilo by eating healthier and exercising. 

And now me and my boyfriend are off to the gym again!
It's going to be a great sunday :-)

When you want to lose weight, it not about setting up a diet - we all know that diets never last long. Instead you have to change the way you exercise, eat and live. Here are some of the things that I try to do to lose weight - and I've already lost about 8 kilos just by doing this:

1. Drink at least 1,5 litre of water every day 
    (you lose a lot of water every day, and your body needs all the water it can get)
2. When I want to eat something sweet, I make a smoothie, eat nuts or fruit 
    (since I don't eat chips or candy anymore, this is a great way to eat sugar)
3. Drink 2 cups of green tea every day 
    (it is very healthy, and helps against cancer)
4. Do some kind of exercise for at least 30 min. every day
    (weather it's walking, cleaning, running or something else)
5. It's okay to have a bit of sweets once a week
    (it would just be sad to cut off all sweets, but if you eat something sweet once a week, it's ok)
6. Eat less at dinner, and instead of eating 3 big meals eat 6 small meals
    (don't eat till you're full, because your stomach will hate you for it)
