I had a really nice weekend in my hometown Kolding with my family. It was my father's birthday, so me and my boyfriend arrived with the train early saturday and celebrated my father's b-day the day after. It was really nice to spend some time back home, eating delicious food and (too much) cake.
My father got this amazing chocolate melter/fondue from his girlfriend, and that was our lunch that one day - yum, banana covered with chocolate sure is delicious! The chocolate melter is from the brand Melissa.
We had the delicious traditional birthday cakes "lagkage" and "kagemand". If you want a recipe, let me know! For dinner my father made his "famous" barbecue chicken - my favorite for sure! :-)
