Getting rid of sickness

After many days with sickness, I think it's finally starting to get better. It took a while, but what can you do in cold cold Denmark?

Here are some simple tips to get better. It might take a couple of days, but they will probably make you feel a little better no matter what :-)

1. Get Strepsils. They taste good and helps if your throat hurts.
2. Get Panodil Hot. Not so bad the first time, but it tastes disgusting after then... It does help a lot on different kinds of pain though - so drink it!
3. Drink at least 5 cups of tea (green tea is best - vitamins!) with honey (and lemon if you have it) every day. This is yummy, and all of these are taking good care of your throat.
4. Put on lots of clothes and make sure that you're not cold.
5. If you've been sick for more than five days, go to the doctor, because you might have an infection.
6. Rest and make sure that you're not stressed - if you're stressing while you're sick, your sickness will last longer (believe me, I've tried it!).
7. Stay inside, eat candy and watch lots of movies - this is the most importent one! ;-)
