It's so much more fun and healthy to make your own smoothie than buying a mix of smoothie in the supermarket. You can make many many kinds of smoothies, and all you've got to do is find yourself a blender and use these things:
- Some kind of fruit (I often use raspberry, because it's so tasty and goes with many other flavors)
- Milk, ice cream or yoghurt natural (I often use milk)
- A kind of juice (orange- or multi fruit juice goes with many fruits, so I often use these)
Fining the right ingredients can be difficult, but you just have to try something and taste your way to the right ones.
