Yesterday I enjoyed a romantic day with my boyfriend, and we went shopping.
We went to TIGER, and found this lovely silicone shape for eggs and pancakes for 20 DKK. It's really cute, and it totally works (just don't put too much oil on the pan, or it won't like you).
As you can see, the result was good and delicious! :-)
You can find the recipe for pancakes here (in Danish). I liked this recipe, becuase there wasn't too much fat and sugar in it.
