Food with a touch of the east

I like to cook Japanese and Chinese food, because it's usually so easy to make. To cook Danish food makes me confused and I find it more complicated.

Here are two kinds of food, that are inspired by the east:
- Temaki sushi
- Noodles w. chicken and vegetables

Temaki sushi
The first one, "temaki sushi" (hand/cone sushi) is sushi made in hand. It'll save you the trouble of cutting out maki when you're making it. It's very easy AND delicious just like maki sushi. Click here to see a video tutorial from the How Cast.

Here's how you can do it:
1. Cut out a big piece of nori into squares (don't make them too small)
2. Take some rice and fill in in one of the ends
3. Put your favorite fish and vegetable on the piece of rice and nori (my favorite is tuna and spring onion)
4. Fold it together and eat it - yum!

Noodles with chicken and vegetables
This recipe is easy and delicious and is mostly inspired by Chinese food. It's good to use a wok for this when mixing the foods.

How to do it:
1. Boil a whole package of noodles, and when they're boiled, fry them in the wok with some oil
2. Fry the chicken with salt and pepper, and put it in the wok with the noodles when they're done
3. Put in the vegetables in the end (here you can use pepper, onions, spring onions and what ever you'd like)

Doesn't seem so hard does it? It isn't :-) Enjoy!
